‘I am underrated,’ Dremo cries out

Nigerian rapper Aboriomoh Femi Raymond, popularly known as Dremo, has lamented over the lack of recognition in the entertainment industry.

The rapper, while speaking in a recent interview with Echo Room, claimed he is not being given his due recognition or accolades. Dremo also explained that his journey in the industry feels like an underdog story, revealing that he is fine with it.

Dremo further stressed that one of the key contributors to his lack of recognition is that Nigerians don’t appreciate rap music unlike other genres such as Afrobeats and pop.

“I feel like I am so underrated. People don’t know what I can do in the studio. But it is okay, I like the underdog story. I feel like I am so underrated. Dem no rate me at all,” he said.
