Health expert promotes natural medicine through digital platforms

A health expert, Lissel Severe, is using digital platforms to share information on natural medicine and traditional remedies, with a focus on educating the public on common health concerns.

According to a statement made available to PM News, the Haitian-American creator shares content centred on recipes and wellness tips, while addressing issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and sickle cell anaemia from a natural health perspective.

Lissel’s interest in natural medicine began in his early years in Haiti, where he learned from his father, who relied on local herbs and natural resources to support people in their community.

“My motivation comes from my childhood,” he said. “His knowledge inspired me to share these traditions with a world that has largely forgotten them.”

Now based in Fort Myers, Florida, he continues to create content aimed at helping people better understand their health and explore alternative methods of care.

“Natural medicine is a powerful, hand-held resource,” he said. “We don’t always have to depend solely on drugstore products to support our well-being. My goal is to show people how to support their bodies naturally.”

In 2021, he introduced a line of herbal teas made from selected natural ingredients. The products are presented as general wellness support rather than treatment for specific conditions.

He has also faced challenges, including misinformation and false reports affecting his business, but continues to address concerns through direct communication and customer feedback.

He said he remains focused on sharing clear and safe health information through his platforms.
