Iran hits Saudi oi pipeline

Saudi Arabia’s East-West oil pipeline was hit in an Iranian attack despite an ongoing ceasefire, Reuters cited an industrial source on Wednesday.

According to the report, damage was still being assessed as of press time.

Other energy facilities were also targeted, raising fresh concerns over escalation.

The pipeline remains critical, as it serves as Saudi Arabia’s main export route after the Strait of Hormuz was effectively shut.
