Cute Abiola responds to backlash over wife’s childbirth documentary

Nigerian content creator Abdulgafar Ahmad, popularly known as Cute Abiola, has responded to the backlash he received after publicising his wife’s childbirth experience.

The actor on his X handle, explained that he was overwhelmed by the emotional comments and prayers on his YouTube channel after the release of the video.

Cute Abiola ignored the criticisms, adding that he is happy with his decision to share the journey online. He also expressed his gratitude for the show of love and kindness from fans and colleagues.

“Since yesterday, when I shared our documentary, I have been reading through the comments on YouTube…and honestly, I am overwhelmed. So many emotional messages… so many prayers…so many people sharing their own stories. I saw strength, love, and humanity in the comment section, and I felt the need to share some of them here. I am glad I shared this journey. I am glad I was vulnerable. And most importantly, I am glad this story has motivated someone out there who might be going through a difficult time. Life is not always perfect, but sometimes sharing our struggles gives hope to others. To everyone who watched, prayed, supported, and sent kind words. thank you. My family and I truly appreciate you,” he stated.
