‘Why I won’t advise friends to go for BBNaija,’ – Tega Dominic

Nigerian reality TV star Tega Dominic has spoken up on her time in the Big Brother house, revealing that she would not advise her close friends to audition for the show.

Tega, while speaking about her time in the house, disclosed that she struggles with her mental health after leaving the house. She stated that she found it difficult to comfortably navigate social environments after the show.

She also emphasised the need for mental strength before venturing into the show, stating that the experience can be overwhelming.

“I won’t tell anybody close to me to go for Big Brother. If you’re not mentally strong, don’t go for Big Brother. After big brother I used to have anxiety. It became worse. I had social anxiety, I can’t go to spaces if I’m alone. I can give you hugs, but I can’t receive hugs.”
