Roby Ekpo moves to petition US authorities against Mayowa Lambe

Media personality, Roby Ekpo, has responded to his estranged wife’s lawsuit, revealing his plans to petition the United States government against her over alleged marriage fraud.

The revelation, which came shortly after his allegations of infidelity by Mayowa, was detailed in a legal document released by his representatives,

Roby in his counter suit threatened to submit all his evidence along with his petition to the US authorities against her, tagging her N100 million demand as “excessive, unfounded, and premature”.

“Your letter contains an admission of some of Our Client’s claims, and he reserves the right to admit it in evidence in his petition to the appropriate US government authorities, including the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Our client also reserves the right to seek declaratory and injunctive relief as may be necessary to protect his rights and interests”, he said.
