Nigerian technology entrepreneur Jethro Mark Da’ar, widely known as JMD, is expanding his presence within Africa’s growing digital economy through CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD, a technology company building AI-powered systems, blockchain infrastructure, and smart commerce platforms for African users.
As artificial intelligence adoption continues accelerating globally, the company is positioning itself around the development of interconnected digital systems focused on intelligent finance, automation, online commerce, and future digital economies within African markets.
Through CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD, Jethro is currently developing platforms including CBrilliance Exchange, CWealth Flow, Rents & Fees, CBrixi, and CBC Network. The platforms are designed to function as connected systems within a broader infrastructure strategy aimed at strengthening African participation in emerging digital industries.
Across Africa’s technology ecosystem, conversations around artificial intelligence and blockchain are often centred on products and infrastructure developed outside the continent. Through CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD, Jethro is advocating for stronger African participation in building the systems expected to shape the next phase of the global digital economy.
The company’s AI-powered systems are being developed around everyday digital activities such as finance, payments, business operations, digital transactions, and online commerce. Rather than treating AI as a short-term trend, the company said its focus is on building infrastructure capable of supporting long-term economic participation and wider access to digital opportunities across Africa.
“We are entering a period where intelligent systems will shape finance, business, commerce, and digital ownership across the world,” Jethro said.
“If Africa does not build its own infrastructure now, we risk remaining consumers during one of the biggest technology shifts of this generation.”
Blockchain development is also becoming a major part of the company’s long-term strategy. Through CBC Network and other emerging projects, CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD is exploring decentralised systems designed to support digital transactions, smart commerce, and future African-owned digital economies.
Jethro explained that the broader objective is to reduce long-term dependence on external digital systems while creating stronger participation opportunities for African businesses and technology users.
“We have to build our own infrastructure, our own intelligent platforms, and our own ecosystems that reflect our realities and opportunities,” Jethro stated.
While many startups across the continent focus on individual products or standalone services, CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD is building a wider ecosystem strategy that combines AI, fintech, blockchain systems, automation, and digital infrastructure into one expanding technology network.
The company’s long-term vision also extends into sectors such as education, media, entertainment, and smart-city development through projects including AfrESH Academy, Genius WAV Studioz LTD, and JOSCITY DOT COM LTD.
However, Jethro maintained that the primary focus remains the development of African-owned AI and financial infrastructure capable of supporting future digital economies.
Beyond commercial operations, he is also building a technology community through Nigerian AI Builders (NAB), an initiative designed to support developers, innovators, and entrepreneurs interested in building AI systems from Africa rather than relying solely on foreign technology products.
As AI adoption continues expanding across industries, African founders building local digital infrastructure are attracting growing attention within the continent’s technology ecosystem. Analysts say the next phase of Africa’s digital growth may depend not only on startup creation, but also on the development of scalable infrastructure capable of supporting future technological and economic transformation.
For Jethro Mark Da’ar and CBRILLIANCE AI-TECHS LTD, the broader ambition is to help position Africa not only as a consumer of emerging technologies, but as an active builder of intelligent systems, blockchain infrastructure, and future digital economies.
