Remi Aluko cries out amid battle with glaucoma

Nigerian Fuji musician, Remi Aluko has cried out over the deteriorating state of his health, revealing that he has been battling glaucoma for years.

While speaking during a recent interview with Oyinmomo TV, Aluko disclosed that although he had undergone eye surgery, his eyesight has only worsened.

He explained that despite his condition, he knows how to take care of himself, noting that he tries not to dwell on his condition to avoid falling into depression.

“I’m a glaucoma patient. I’m managing myself; I’m currently not seeing. Despite being a glaucoma patient, many people don’t know. There’s no difference between me and a blind person now, but no one knows because I don’t let my condition weigh me down. Thank God that I know how to take care of myself like someone who can see. I decided not to dwell on my condition because I don’t want to be depressed,” he said
