A Federal high court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday adjourned till 21st of September 2026, continuation of the trial of Lagos socialite Shitta Kazeem Oluwadamilare who is alleged to have committed cybercrime offences.

A Federal high court sitting in Lagos on Tuesday adjourned till 21st of September 2026, continuation of the trial of Lagos socialite Shitta Kazeem Oluwadamilare who is alleged to have committed cybercrime offences.

When the matter was mentioned, the prosecutor informed the court that his witnesses were not in court, therefore, sought for an adjournment, which was granted.

The four-count charge as filed before the court by the EFCC Director of Legal and prosecution, Barrister Chile Okorowa state that:

COUNT I: That you, SHITTA KAZEEM OLUWADAMILARE, sometimes in 2021 Lagos within the jurisdiction of this honorable Court fraudulently impersonated one CryloFxNetwork by holding yourself out as such on Than Enel Serve provider, with intent to gain advantage for yourself and hereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 22(2}(b) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition , Prevention etc) Act 2015;

COUNT 2: That you, SHITTA KAZEEM OLUWADAMILARE, sometime in 2021 in Lagos within the jurisdiction of this honorable Court fraudulently impersonated one John Fletcher by holding yourself out as such on Quota App with intent to gain advantage for yourself and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 22(2)(b) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition , Prevention etc) Act 2015;

COUNT 3: That you, SHITTA KAZEEM OLUWADAMILARE, sometimes in 2021 in Lagos within the jurisdiction of this honorable court fraudulently impersonated one Stephen Snyder by holding yourself out as such on Quorn Abb, with intent to gain advantage for yourself and thereby committed offence contrary to and punishable under section 22 (2) (b) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act 2015, and

COUNT 4: That you SHITTA KAZEEM OLUWADAMILARE sometimes in 2021 in Lagos within the jurisdiction of this honourable court with intent to commit an offence had in your possession, electronic spanning tool to wit: Cryptofxnetwork.com and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 28(2) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition, prevention etc) Act 2015.
