When they arrived they were treated to a black-carpet party that celebrated African music, clothes and the things Africans are good at. The whole night was very classy with people meeting and talking about things and everyone was expressing their culture and having inspiring conversations.

4). Bola Adeniyi, who leads in cybersecurity is recognized for her work in technology leadership. Helping women in technology. She has also won awards.
5). J. Hackett is recognized for his work as a scientist, business owner, teacher and community developer. His work helps businesses and communities.
6). Coach J is recognized for his work in medicine and technology. He is also known for his help, in innovation, humanitarian work and professional growth.
7). Femi Ojo was also celebrated for his leadership as a coach and project management professional whose mentorship and expertise have helped advance organizational excellence and professional growth.
The SIRA 2024 event really showed how important it is to notice the things Africans are doing not just in the usual areas. By shining a light on people who often work behind the scenes the awards showed how much Africans are affecting communities and industries all around the world.
