Cardi B forces blogger to pay $60,000 over Offset, Stefon Diggs post

According to the filing, Cardi’s lawyers documented more than two dozen alleged violations of the non-disparagement agreement.
American rapper Cardi B has secured a fresh $60,000 payment agreement from gossip blogger Tasha K after accusing her of violating a previous legal order and disparaging her online.
Tasha K, whose real name is Latasha Kebe, agreed to pay the Grammy-winning rapper the amount as part of a new resolution filed in court on Tuesday.
The agreement follows Cardi B’s earlier $4 million defamation victory against the blogger in 2022.
Cardi, born Belcalis Almánzar, had agreed to delay efforts to collect the full judgment on the condition that Tasha K would stop making disparaging comments about her and her family.
But Cardi’s lawyers accused the blogger of violating that agreement through recent social media posts involving her estranged husband, Offset, and NFL star Stefon Diggs, the father of her youngest child.
The rapper had filed a motion in April asking the court to impose “economically painful” sanctions on Tasha K.
Her legal team claimed they had been forced to constantly monitor the blogger’s social media activity, describing the situation as a repeated “cat and mouse” pattern.
According to the filing, Cardi’s lawyers documented more than two dozen alleged violations of the non-disparagement agreement.
They also accused Tasha K of behaving as though she was above the law and had no fear of consequences.
Under the latest agreement, Tasha K will pay Cardi B $30,000 within 28 days of the court order.
The remaining $30,000 must be paid on or before December 31.
If she fails to meet the payment deadlines, Cardi B can issue a written notice of default, giving the blogger five days to pay.
If Tasha K still fails to pay within that period, Cardi B can seek the full award of $110,115.
The latest settlement adds another chapter to the long-running legal fight between the rapper and the blogger.
Cardi B first won a major defamation judgment against Tasha K in 2022 after accusing her of spreading false claims about her online.
Although the blogger has continued to face financial pressure from that judgment, the new court filing shows that Cardi B is still prepared to take further legal action if she believes the previous agreement has been breached.
For Tasha K, the message is clear: the old judgment is not over, and every fresh post about Cardi B and her family could come with another costly consequence.
