BBNaija splits Housemates into male, female teams for first Wager challenge

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates have been divided into two teams as they prepare for their first wager task of the season, with the week’s theme focusing on identity and personal development.

In an update shared on its official X handle on Sunday, the show’s organisers announced that the contestants have been split along gender lines, with one team comprising the female housemates and the other made up of the male housemates.

According to the organisers, the theme for the week is “Allow Me To Introduce Myself,” setting the stage for the housemates to showcase their personalities, perspectives and teamwork.

As part of the wager task, both teams will engage in a debate on the topic: “Nature versus Nurture: What Makes You Who You Are?”

The debate is expected to test the contestants’ critical thinking, communication skills and ability to work together as they compete to secure their first wager win.

The organisers, however, left fans in suspense over the outcome, asking: “Will they win their first wager?”

The wager task is one of the key weekly challenges in the Big Brother Naija house, with successful performances typically earning rewards that contribute to the housemates’ comfort and overall experience during the competition.
