Throw Your Colours On

Colour rioting could get you hard stares from people. Not any more, provided you know how to effectively combine delightfully unconventional colours to get the maximum effect.

And the best part of it is that guys are also in on it. More guys are doing away with those boring grey, black, and other neutral colours, and beginning to experiment with vibrant colours like blue, green, red and yellow.

It’s the in thing to go colour blocking but do you really know how to combine loud and bright colours to get that dynamic, confident and downright sexy look?

To follow the trend, forget about the normal rules you are taught about matching your bags, belts, shoes and other accessories with your clothes and go for the fun and daring way of mixing dazzling bright unmatching colours in bold ways.

Definitely, loud and bright colours draw people’s attention, but how do you get noticed in positive light when you colour block?

The rule is, the more colourful an outfit is, the prettier it becomes. Don’t stop at two colours, you can experiment, mix and match three or four colours, provided you understand how it works. But ensure your colours have equal tone strength and suit your personal style. Or else, you will end up like a paint box.

Colour blocking doesn’t have to be complicated. You can use it only in your accessories for a less intense effect. There are many easy dresses in colour block form. Clothes that come in bold bright stripes can do the magic. Also are shoes, bags and other fashion accessories.
