The fresh suit filed by the Three Wheelers Beneficiaries and Operators Association of Nigeria, TWBOAN, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, against the state government and others at the Federal High Court, Agidingbi, Ikeja comes up tomorrow.
In the suit Chief Tunji Oyeniyi, Comrade Moses Buhari and Alhaji Dauda Ganiyu on behalf of the members of the state Executive Council of TWBOAN and its incorporated trustees, are praying the court to enforce its rights as an autonomous entity.

The earlier suit filed by the three wheelers’ association before the same court for same enforcement of rights was struck out by Justice Steven Adah on 12 June, 2012 on the ground that there were discrepancies in the arrangement of the sections relied upon.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the three wheelers’association, Comrade Moses Buhari, has alerted the state government and the law enforcement agencies of plans by members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers to cause mayhem at tricycle parks across the state.
