Cricket: Federation Holds Clinic For Coaches

The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) is  holding a two-day ICC-ACA Level 1 Coaching Course for Nigerian cricket coaches in Benin, Edo State.

The clinic, which started yesterday will end today at  Haven Hotel, Uwagboe Road  Ugbowo, Benin City.

According to the General Manager of the NCF, George Wiltshire, the course is facilitated by Okon Ukpong, Chairman, Technical Committee of the Nigeria Cricket Federation.

Fifteen partcipants are participating in the programme, which is aimed at developing cricket coaches in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, the NCF said that its president, Kwesi Sagoe, who is also the Chairman of Africa Cricket Association (ACA), is attending the ICC Annual Conference, which is taking place at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The conference which started on Sunday will end tomorrow.
