Frontline systems Integration Company in Nigeria, Signal Alliance Limited, has reiterated its commitment to providing world class IT solutions and systems to its customers.

Managing Director of the IT firm, Collins Onuegbu, gave this assurance during the round off of  the company’s first Customer’ Week in Lagos recently.

The week-long customer recognition and reward activity, which is an initiative aimed at identifying with and rewarding the customers, included management visits to clients’ sites and a gala dinner.

Speaking at the event,  Onuegbu said:  “Even though we pride ourselves as IT solutions experts of repute, we are aware that if you (customers) did not give us the opportunity to prove it, no one would have recognised our expertise”.

A cross-section of the customers, who are satisfied with the quality of service and customer relationship of the IT specialist firm, used the opportunity to request the organisation to expand its product chain to cover other challenging areas of the business.

The customers, who are drawn from various sectors of the economy, expressed attraction to the company’s speed of response and professionalism, saying that the company should replicate its quality service and strong customer relations in emerging areas of the IT industry.

peaking at a dinner held in Victoria Island Lagos to mark the end of the customer week, Jide Ogunbanjo, head regional operations, Lagos and South West for Galaxy Backbone Plc, stated that as a customer, his company has enjoyed good relationship with Signal Alliance. “I would say they should keep up the good work; there is always room for improvement. I have seen their capability in many areas and I think they should just continue to be the company we have known them to be. Consistency is very important in this industry”

Okey Njemanze, head, IT Operations, Enterprise Bank Limited, said: “Having related with Signal Alliance, I can say without mincing words that they are proactive; before you think about it, Signal Alliance is already there”. He, however, tasked Signal Alliance to continuously spread their business focus.

Every business has their mandate or what they want to achieve. So long as we align with them and help them achieve that it’s we’ll always be in business.

Going further he said: “When we’re relating with a customer, we want to understand what our customer does and our job is to make sure the customer achieves that using the solutions we provide,” he concluded.
