Worker Steals Dead Boss’ Property

A company worker, Amao Adekola has been arrested by the police and charged before Ejigbo Magistrate’s court Lagos for allegedly carting away some property belonging to his dead boss, Kamilu Suleiman.

P.M.NEWS gathered that while the burial of his late boss was going on, he secretly stole the items and sold them at give away prices.

The 48-year old Adekola was employed as manager of K. K. Engineering Limited located at Ologuro bus stop, LASU road, after the death of the director, by the family of the diseased.

While the burial was going on, Adekola was allegedly busy selling some properties without the knowledge of the man’s family.

Items he allegedly sold include Tipper crankshaft, set of springs, set of pistons and others valued at N800,000.

He reportedly confessed to the police that he sold them  and used the money to feed his family.

His action has landed him in prison custody because he could not fullfill his bail condition after he was arraigned and he pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M. B. Folami granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
