Teenage Salesboy Swindles Boss

A 19-year old salesboy, Nurain Musendiku has been charged to an Ikorodu Magistrate’s court for alleged theft of his employer’s N480,000.

According to the plaintiff, Omobolanle Olabimjo, “I was taking my bath on December 27, 2011 when I heard someone dash into my room. When I inquired to know who it was, it was Nurain’s voice that I heard.”

“I asked him to tell me what he wanted in my room but there seemed not to be any tangible reason. Immediately I finished taking my bath, I went to where I kept my money but it was nowhere to be found and incidentally Nurain had left the house,” she explained.

After  cross-examination of the plaintiff by the counsel to the defendant, Mr. Ashaolu, there wasn’t any real proof that the defendant actually stole the money.
