I’m not with Genk FC of Belgium yet, says Reuben

Kano Pillars midfielder Gabriel Reuben has dismissed speculations that he will not be available for their quarter final Federation Cup match against Plateau United on 23 July.

Reuben, who is also Super Eagles midfielder said in Lagos on Sunday that it was not true that he would be away on trials with Genk FC of Belgium.

He said that he would be available throughout the Federation Cup and rest of the Nigerian Premier League (NPL) season.

“I will be available throughout the Federation Cup and the rest of the league season. I will not be distracted by such rumours.

“It is not true that I will be going for a trial anywhere. I will be there to play,’’ he said.

Reuben also said that their target would be to win the quarter finals and go ahead to win the trophy.

He described Plateau United as a good side that should not be underrated.

“We are going to put in our best. Our target is to win the match and eventually win the trophy.
