3 Nabbed With Bag Of Indian Hemp

The operatives of Lagos State Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Ikeja, have arrested three robbery suspects and recovered guns, ammunition and a sack of Indian hemp.

P.M.News gathered that  the arrest was made following the confession of a robbery suspect that was transferred from Area ‘N’ Ijede Command.

According to the police PRO, the suspect led SARS operatives to their hideout at Mowo Kekere, Ikorodu, Lagos, where one browny pistol with serial number 57932 with nine rounds of live ammunition, one locally made single barrel pistol with four rounds of live cartridges and a sack of Indian hemp were recovered.

Other robbery suspects arrested during the Mowo kekere raid include Kabiru and Alao while the gang leader, Salvage escaped.

According to Ngozi Braide(DSP), the command spokesman, all the suspects have made useful statements to the police.
