Aviation Minister Appoints New Directors, Re-organises Agencies

Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Mrs. Stella Oduah, has reorganised aviation agencies and appointed new directors.
P.M.NEWS learnt that the Director of Finance and Administration at the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency, NAMA, Mrs Elizabeth Agom, has been redeployed to the Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB, as the Director of Finance, while NAMA Secretary/Legal Adviser, Mrs St. Matthew Daniel, was redeployed to the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, NCAT, Zaria.
It was also learnt that the Directorate of Finance and Administration at NAMA has been split into two, while the Directorate of Human Resources has been carved out and the Finance to be headed by another Director.
NAMA new Secretary is Barrister Oki, while the Director of Finance is Mrs Elizabeth Alishe.
The new Legal Adviser in NAMA is Barrister A. Gbem, who was redeployed from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA.
It was further leant that the new Director of Operations at NAMA is Alhaji Mukaila Solola while the Director of Engineering is Mr Ifeanyi Nwakwo.
The General Manager, Finance of NAMA, Alhaji Nuhu Ozigi, has been re-deployed to NCAA while his former deputy, Mr Segun Agbolade is now the General Manager, Finance.
Mr Aliyu Yahaya was also named the new General Manager, Investment for the agency.
