N8m For Star Hunter

A talent hunt TV reality show in honour of the creator of the television series, New Village Headmaster, Ambassador Segun Olusola, is set to hit the screens soon.

The reality show is titled Hunting Expedition with the initiative of the Civic Enlightenment Association (CEA).

The chairman, board of trustees of Civic Enlightenment Association, Group Captain Muritala Salami, called on the Federal Government as well as the governments in the Southwest to strive to immortalise Chief Segun Olusola as a motivation for selfless service to our country.

Salami stressed that the CEA hunting expedition will be an annual event in which winners will always emerge on the post humous birthday of Olusola.

The late Olusola’s son, Mr Jimi Olusola said the Olusola family will always associate with efforts made by CEA to immortalise his father.

“Our family is solidly behind this organisation in its resolve to make stars out of Nigerian youths,” he said.

He added that the project is noble as it is capable of engaging the youths meaningfully and will not only enhance the status of everyone that participates in it, it will also make winners pay their bills with their talent.

The coordinator of CEA Hunting Expedition project, Dr Remi Aroyehun, said at least 25 participants will qualify to go for the hunting expedition proper at Obudu Cattle Ranch and the star hunter will emerge on 18 March, 2013 to mark the first post humous birthday of the late ambassador after spending two weeks at the camp ground and

N8 million will be given to the winner of the competition based on the survival of the fittest.
