Charity Pictures Set To Release ‘It Is Well’

It Is Well is a popular slogan among Christians and other church goers. That catchy phrase is the title of the new multi-million naira movie project set to be released by Charity Pictures.

Speaking with Showbiz Trends recently, Adeola Adewunmi, MD, Charity Pictures Production and producer of the film said the theme of the new movie, It Is Well and its technical content will excite Nigerian and African film watchers, noting that his outfit is committed to delivering a world-class film executed with strong local relevance and content.

Adewunmi, who has over the time garnered some experience in the industry, said that Charity Pictures spared no cost or compromise standards but employed the best hands to drive home the message of the film.

“We started the shooting of the film in 2010, but we could not accomplish it that year due to the huge resources required then. But we thank God that today the movie is ready for screening and release for movie lovers. I assure you that this production is what we all have been waiting for,” Adewunmi enthused.

The new flick parades top stars like Jide Kosoko, Akin Lewis, Doris Simeon, Mercy Aigbe, Yomi Fash-Lanso, Antar Laniyan, Lanre Omiyinka, Helen Paul and Adewunmi himself.

Already, arrangements have been concluded to have the film premiered at different locations in Nigeria and outside the country before the end of the year.
