Jonathan told the large crowd that the people of Kwara State truly believe in PDP having realised that it is the only party that can bring liberation to them.

According to him, people should not get involved in politics for themselves but rather to serve the interest of the electorate, adding that “people who think about the people follow the people’s party and PDP is the only people’s party.”

Jonathan said only the PDP can take the country to the promised land, adding his ascension to the number one position in Nigeria, typified the possibilities of the PDP.

“PDP is not owned by any individual,” he said.
