Adamawa Assembly set to impeach Gov. Nyako

The Adamawa State House of Assembly is set to impeach Governor Murtala Nyako and his deputy, Bala Ngilari.
The impeachment procedure became formalised when the State Assembly on Wednesday 18 June directed its clerk to serve Nyako and Ngilari with an impeachment notice.
Nyako has been having a running battle with the lawmakers since he left the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to join the All Progressives Congress.
