Lai Mohammed, APC know more about Boko Haram – PDP aspirant

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and an aspirant contending for the Lagos state governorship ticket under the party, Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi, has claimed that Nigeria’s main opposition party National Publicity Secretary knows more about Islamic sect, Boko Haram than they are telling the public.

Gbadamosi said this on his Facebook page, Wednesday morning that the manner with which Mohammed and the All Progressives Congress conducted itself insinuated that they had more knowledge of the sect, adding that, Mohammed should tell the world what he and his party knows about the Islamic insurgents, Boko Haram, ravaging the Northern party of the country.

“Lai Mohammed needs to tell the world what he and his principals in the APC really know about Boko Haram. His insistence that his party will negotiate Boko Haram out of existence when they “win”, sounds like an insidious threat to all Nigerians,” Gbadamosi said.

“I find him and his co-travellers’ utterances quite suspicious, utterly unpatriotic, borderline treasonable and even sociopathic, against the background of the heinous crimes being committed against humanity by Boko Haram,
whom they clearly have a lot of sympathy for.

“Perhaps when the legions of youths made jobless by his party’s selfish policies in Lagos start committing equally heinous crimes against them and their cronies, they’ll also find jobs for them by sorting out the palpable mess they’ve spent the last fifteen years creating in Lagos,” he added.
