President Jonathan loses junior sister

The junior sister of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has died.

Nancy Jonathan-Olei passed away at an undisclosed hospital in Yenagoa. She was 52 years old.

Her death was announced by Jonathan’s spokesman, Dr. reuben Abati.

The statement did not disclose cause of death, but said Nacy died after a brief illness.

Burial arrangements will be announced later by the family.

President Jonathan also last year lost his junior brother.

In November 2012, President Jonathan also lost his junior brother Chief Meni Innocent, to death.

He died at the National Hospital in Abuja.
