LASIMRA gives directive on display of site’s project boards

The LagosState Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency, LASIMRA, has directed that all telecommunications service providers should from January 1, 2016, display parabolic antenna as board on sites.

The directive was contained in a release signed by the Agency’s General Manager, Babajide Odekunle, and made available to PM News on Monday.

“The general public is hereby notified that with effect from January. 1, 2016, all ongoing construction works on telecommunications, infrastructure including towers, masts, base stations must display parabolic antenna as board on site.

“Consequently, all construction activities must ensure compliance with this directive by reverting to the Office of Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency, located on No. 2, Yusuf close, off Hakeem Balogun street, Agidingbi, to procure the Information Board.

“Furthermore, and in consonance with the mandate, the entire public and those concerned are enjoined to cooperate and support this initiative. All enquiries and communication in respect to this publication should be directed to the agency board’s public complaint lines: 09081154716 and 08162667719.”
