Two military personnel die in helicopter crash in Tunisia
Tunisian Defence Ministry on Thursday said two military personnel died when their helicopter crashed during a training mission in central Tunisia.
The ministry added that the army helicopter crashed in the central province of Sfax with two aboard.
It added that the cause of the crash was not known.
In recent months, Tunisia has stepped up a campaign against suspected militant insurgents following a series of deadly attacks in the country.
However, the Islamic State extremist group has claimed responsibility for some of these attacks.
They claimed the attack in March 2015 that killed 21 foreign tourists and a policeman at the Bardo museum in Tunis.
