Acting President Osinbajo meets 36 state governors today

Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo will today meet with the 36 state governor to conclude his consultative sessions in relation to recent ethnic agitations.

In a tweet by the presidency on Tuesday, it stated: ”Tomorrow AgP @ProfOsinbajo will meet with all State Governors to conclude his consultative sessions in relation to recent ethnic agitations.”

Osinbajo had earlier met with northern and southern opinion leaders to condemn the wave of ethnic agitation and hate speeches in the country.

The acting president also met with northern and southern traditional rulers in the country in his bid to prevent violence in the country occasioned by call on the Igbo people to leave northern states by the youths.
