Benue State is currently embroiled in herdsmen crisis who have killed over 70 people in recent time.
Owoseni will replace Bashir Makama as the Commissioner of Police, Benue State Command.
Herdsmen crisis in Benue State is causing lots of ripples among Nigerians and has plunged down the rating of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.
