The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 22 ships are presently discharging petroleum products and other commodities at the Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports in Lagos.

The NPA said on Friday that the ships were discharging buck wheat, petrol, empty containers, general cargo, containers, bulk fertiliser, sugar, diesel, gasoline, bulk gas, fresh fish and empty container.

32 other ships with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Lagos ports between March 2 and March 24.

Eight ships were waiting to berth with bulk fertiliser, petrol and container.
