3 killed, 16 wounded in Afghan explosion

At least three people were killed and 16 others wounded in Helmand explosion that occurred in Lashkargah city of Afghanistan few hours ago.
A tweet @ CGTNofficial reports that a provincial governor was among the wounded.
The explosion occurred during Farmer’s Day celebration in the city.
