Reality Tv star Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy, via a surrogate.
Kim revealed this on Twitter on Friday, writing: “He’s here and he’s perfect!”
In another tweet, she also said: “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her ✨“
