While Hon. Titi Oseni held sway as the Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, there was a palpable peace in the august parliament. But the fragile peace cracked and finally crumbled, paving way for acrimony and enmity between the state executive and the legislators. This happened immediately the leadership of Titi Oseni was sacked on 15 May, 2008.
Before then, members of the House of Assembly had alleged high handedness and sell-out of the Assembly by its first female Speaker.
