Eagles Impress Siasia
Super Eagles’ Chief Coach, Samson Siasia says his players are rsponsding very well to training in camp as the Nigeria get set to honour an international invitational tournament in US tagged Obama Cup and the friendly against Guetamala.
Siasia also said the invitational tournament will be a platform for the players in the Nigeria Premier League to make a statement on their readiness to be a part of his main team.
“The players are in high spirits, ready to fight and prove themselves in the US. They are aware that this is a very big opportunity for them to make a statement that they too can make my team. They have done well in training which shows that they are really ready to learn,†Siasia disclosed. He lauded the assistance the US Embassy in Abuja offered his team to secure entry visas ahead of the trip to America.
Nigeria will feature in the beginning 12 February.
