Rehabilitation Works Begin In Aboru, Meiran

As the 2011 polls draws closer in April, Segun Adewale, a PDP House of Representatives aspirant representing Alimosho Federal Constituency has embarked on rehabilitation and construction of roads and culverts in his constituency.

Adewale, popularly called Aeroland has begun work in earnest on the construction of culvert/bridge that links Aboru and Meiran in Agbado Oke Odo LCDA.

Speaking through the chairman of Irewole Zone of PDP in Ward m 2, Aboru last Sunday, Engineer Babajide Tijani, the projects are indication of a selfless aspirant who even before elections is already fulfilling part of his promises.

Tijani disclosed that work will also begin on some major roads in Aboru, such as Isa, Unity, Victro Fagbemi and Ero family streets immediately after the completion of Aboru-Meiran road bridge construction.

He added that apart from new projects, Alhaji Osho and Abah Streets in Shasha-Akowonjo, Shigo Street in Idimu-Pipeline and Aje Street, Pleasure/ Oke Odo have already been rehabilitated.

Invariably, Aeroland is known in his constituency as a man of promise as he erected boreholes for provision of portable water to his constituency when in 2007 when he contested on the platform of the Labour Party.
