‘Give Us General Hospital’

The Chairman of Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, Hon. Murisaq Adeyinka Durosinmi, has called on the state government led by Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola to assist the local government in building a general hospital equipped with morden facilities.

 

Speaking with PMNEWS at the council secretariat, Durosinmi said his administration has redeemed and impacted positively on the lives of the people, adding that they were enjoying the dividends of democracy as a result of the accelerated development in the area.

 

He further said that the new council secretariat building will soon be completed and commissioned while the electrification of the riverine area is 80% completed.

 

“The only assistance we need from the state government now is the building of general hospital end the completion of Imole/Imate Road.

 

He commended Fashola for building on the legacy left by the ex-governor of the state, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose examplary leadership will always be a reference point.

 

Durosinmi promised the governor total support in the coming election, adding; “We are ready to elect him for a second term.”

 

He enjoined Lagosians to continue to promptly pay their taxes and ensure the one man, one vote policy during the coming general elections. He urged them to be always law-abiding.
