Brand Custodians Commend Corporate Games
Brand custodians and major marketing communications professionals have commended organisers of the Corporate Games West Africa for bringing the renowned international franchise to the country. They gave their support for the initiative at a special stakeholders’ forum organised recently at Hotel 1960 Eagles Park, Ikeja, Lagos.
The event, which had the Executive Director, Corporate Services, UAC of Nigeria Plc, Mr Joseph Dada as keynote speaker, paved way for the corporate world to buy into the world famous Corporate Olympics.
In his keynote presentation, Dada described Corporate Games as a veritable platform for brands and product owners to market their brands and products in a distinct convergence of a sporting corporate crowd
“The Corporate Games West Africa is a veritable platform for the discerning marketing professional or brand custodian to step out of the current downturn and develop a sustainable competitive advantage,†he declared.
He added that the stakeholders’ forum would afford brand custodians fantastic networking opportunities with the industry drivers ahead of the big event.
Marketing communications expert and CEO, Theobol Limited, Mr Kunle Bolodeoku, who was chairman of the event, encouraged corporate organisations to take advantage of the networking opportunities inherent in the big event.
According to Bolodeoku, such a forum is a unique marketing platform as it provides a ready market for all brands since participants at the games would be drawn from a variety of industries and demographics.
Corporate Games, which has been hosted in other major cities across the world, brings together leading lights of the corporate world, their senior and middle management executives, employees, clients and the general public in an atmosphere of fun and business networking.
