Hubby To Divorce Unfaithful Wife

Proprietor of a private school, Mr. Victor Adeosun, has asked an Alimosho Customary Court presided by Mrs. A.O. Olatunji to dissolve his marriage because his wife, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Adeosun, committed infidelity.

The petitioner also accused his wife of fighting him always, adding that there was no more understanding between them.

He told the court that they got married sometime around 2001 under the native law and custom and that they had three kids.

Victor urged the court to save his life and the children because his wife by her activities has constituted herself a threat to their lives. “I am no longer interested in the woman,” he added.

Moreover, he accused her of not caring for him and the children.

Victor who resides at 13, Ayolofituyi Street, Barwua, Ipaja, Lagos, appealed to the court to dissolve the marriage immediately, adding that he does not want any settlement.

The case has been adjourned till 23 March for hearing.
