Plymouth shooter unveiled; originally American

The gunman behind Plymouth mass shooting, Britain’s worst in 11 years has been identified.

He was Jake Davison, the Mirror reported, quoting locals.

The police have also confirmed the identity, saying he was 22 years old.

A Facebook page for Davison said while he lived in Plymouth he was originally from Phoenix in the US.

He had previously shared a pro-Donald Trump post.

He also shared a number of space exploration images and another of a statue holding a rifle.

His bio states that he began work at defence and engineering giant Babcock International in April this year.

The firm which runs the dockyards at Devonport.

Police said the shooter was found dead at the scene along with five victims.

One of them is a child under 10 years old.
