I was surprised Buhari welcomed Fani-Kayode to APC: Yeni Kuti

Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti, daughter of renowned Afrobeat singer Fela, said she was surprised President Muhammadu Buhari welcomed Femi Fani-Kayode to the All Progressives Congress.

Yeni stated this in today’s episode of “Your View” on TVC.

She said Fani-Kayode lacks integrity and should have been ignored by the President.

Yeni said: “I’m surprised that the President received him. You can cross the carpet to my party and I will still greet you from afar not up close.

“Fani-Kayode lacks integrity. He has insulted the president a lot. I must say that the President was magnanimous to receive him despite all the insults”.

She added that “It is true that Nigeria is ruled by a two-party system, the APC and PDP as one and the rest as the second. Check it, it is true.”
