Cleric Advises Muslims

A popular Islamic cleric in Ebute-Meta,, Lagos, Fadilat Sheikh Olaiya Oloruntoyin Zulu Shuaib has enjoined Muslims to eschew all forms of bitterness towards their fellow brethren.

In a statement to mark the annual Maolud Nabiyy celebration by the WAD-MUG Prayer Group of Nigeria, he called on Nigerians to be their brothers’ keeper and give to the poor in order to receive from Allah.

He also congratulated the winners of the recent elections in the state and appealed to them to remember the masses who voted for them when implementing programmes

The celebration of the group’s Maolud Nabiyy comes up on Sunday at the Oko Baba praying ground, Ebute-Meta, Lagos.

Guest Lecturer is Fadilat Sheikh Abdul Ganiy Aboto while the chief host is Fadilat Sheikh Olaiya Oloruntoyin Zulu Shuaib.
