Second Semester Begins In FEDPOFFA

The Federal Polytechnic, Offa reopened for the second semester of 2010/2011 academic session yesterday and the Revised Academic Calendar signed by the Registrar indicated that registration of students has commenced and will end 27 May, 2011.

Lectures, according to the Registrar, started at the two campuses of the institution today and end on 12 August, while the second semester examination is scheduled to start on 14 October.

Meanwhile, the Registrar, Alhaji Abdul Hamid Raji, has restated the commitment of the management of the polytechnic to academic development and excellence.

He reiterated the determination of the current management to fulfil the mandate of the polytechnic as enshrined in the enabling documents, especially in meeting the technological needs of the Nigerian nation.
