Amaechi Reappoints Ibim As Commissioner

Mrs. Ibim Semenitari, the immediate past Commissioner for Information and Communications in Rivers State is one of the commissioner-nominees forwarded to the Rivers State House of Assembly by the state Governor Chubuike Amaechi for confirmation.

Others include:Augustin Nwokocha, former Commissioner for Power, and Alice Nimi who was in charge of Education.

The appointments are coming less than 48 hours after the House of Assembly was inaugurated with Otebelema Amachree as new Speaker.
