Gospel artiste Chinedu Nwadike is dead

Popular gospel artiste Chinedu Nwadike has lost the battle to blood cancer.

Nwadike, who is also an actor, died in Abuja on Sunday afternoon.

Darlington Chidera Ibekwe, a friend to the “Oku Gbajie Aka” crooner, who confirmed the development said:

“When I spoke to him over the phone last week, he told me he had fully recovered from the kidney issue and would be proceeding to India by this coming week for treatment of the blood cancer – Leukemia.

“This is a sad development, we just lost a golden voice. Let us please remember his family in prayers.”

Comedian Jpac wrote on Facebook: “If money can buy life, Chinedu Nwadike wouldn’t have gone just like that. This sad news this Sunday afternoon is very horror. Your India visa came out yesterday 26th March 2022. On 27th March you gave up.

“Death why, this is unbearable. Rest on, my friend. Adieu Chinedu.”
