The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Thursday dumped Cameroon out of the Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) and qualified for the semi-finals.
The Falcons pipped their fierce rival by a lone goal scored by Rasheedat Ajibade.
The victory also sent the Nigerian side to the FIFA Women’s World Cup taking place next year in Australia and New Zealand.
