Kamaru Usman speaks after defeat to Leon Edwards

Kamaru Usman has vowed to bounce back after his astonishing reign as welterweight champion in UFC came to an end via a shocking knockout from Leon Edwards.

Leon Edwards was heading to a decision defeat when he pulled off a spectacular triumph in Salt Lake City.

Having won the opening round, Edwards then struggled against Kamaru Usman’s suffocating wrestling.

But with one minute left on the clock, he delivered one of the most iconic moments in UFC history to flatline Kamaru Usman with a head kick.

Speaking after the fight, Kamaru admitted he fumbled but vow to return with vengeance.

“Champs f$ck up sometimes… but we bounce back and come with vengeance,” Usman wrote on Twitter.
