AIT Crime Correspondent Dies In Lagos

Africa Independent Communication, AIT, has lost its crime correspondent. She is Mrs. Aisha Bello.

Reports say she died on Tuesday at the age of 45. Sources said she died of a heart-related ailment and that she had been in and out of hospitals in the last six months before she eventually died yesterday.

She had three children and was married to a lawyer. Family sources said her burial plans would be announced soon.
