Tunji Bello Inaugurates Sholarship To Matk 50Th Birthday

Lagos State commissioner-designate and Chief Executive of the Lagos State Advertisement and Signage Agency, LASAA, Mr. Tunji Bello is billed to inaugurate an annual scholarship to support the education of five indigent students today, July 1st, 2011.

Tunji Bello, who was commisioner for the Environment in the state between 2003 and 2007, said he took the iniative to mark his 50th birthday anniversary.

The scholarship, which is its maiden edition, will be presented to the authorities of the Lagos State University, LASU to hold in t rust for the five deserving indigent but academically brillant students.

Bello will be joined by 6pm at The Margue, Federal Palace Hotels, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, where the inauguration of the scholarship would hold. The host, Tunji Bello, said he instituted the scheme to show God’s appreciation for living to be 50 years.
